Almost pull the trigger until I found out that it is not an authorized dealer of sennheiser.

How much gas mileage does this car get?
The term audiophile has come to mean something a bit more specific in most of the places I frequent online. In itself the word isn't bad, but it has turned into meaning a snob who anti-sciences. I never identify as an audiophile cos there are some things I don't identify with (anything that can't be determined with measurements or double-blind testing basically), but audio enthusiast is term that hasn't been perverted yet.

But, I do consider myself an idiot sometimes if I think about other things the $$ could have been spent on, but to hell with it, I really like audio and I don't care to be buried with a bunch of money, but I wouldn't mind being buried with a nice audio stack Big Grin. It is kind of an addiction I think...

Audiophiles with money. These are nothing compared to the even higher end audio stuff.

These are currently my favorite pair of cans. They are the only ones I use for PC stuff (gaming, youtube and whatnot), and more often music as I get used to their signature. I am probably going to sell every other pair of cans I have except for one pair of Audeze, which are kind of on the other side of the experience spectrum than these, but if I had to pick one pair of cans to use for everything from any that I have owned, these would probably be it. I would miss the LCD3 lushness on some music, but the resolution, sound stage, dynamics, are one heck of an experience.

I've been waiting for a bit of a price break on these since they are always the HP to beat in just about every review.

I have no problem w/FocusCamera they have always been reliable in the past purchases. I really thought they would drop more after the HD800s came out but they seem to stay up there.

Now to get my Bottlehead built !
