Will the 10% BB points back through SYW affect the $15? Will we get $15 plus $3.59 back?

I agree, this is the kind if SSD you buy for others but not for yourself. I still bought one though with $15 back. Smilie

Did this as well. Made it worth getting. Silicon Motion chipset + MLC NAND...what's not to like. This is a rebadged PNY Optima SSD, and I've put into use half a dozen of those already over the years.

It shows backordered on my order page after ordering though.

Huh? It doesnt take 15 off. Its 15 in SYWR pts back. The SSD will always show the same price on BB's website.

In for 1 OP. Gotta fix my moms laptop with a busted HDD.

Oh, and 240GB and 480GB are the same price on Amazon if someone prefers that and no tax as opposed to the $15 SYWR.

Still available for shipping. Says it'll take until August 22 to show up, but not too bad for getting the extra $15 back from SYW.

It's not the fastest drive out there, but for ~$20, it's a great price

I take it to mean that it gets the job done for someone who doesn't give a crap about what SSD is in their machine... but for enthusiasts (like oneself), they'd want something better (faster, more durable, better warranty, whatever).
