I just order but it says they are going to ship Spring 2016 Model, so like to update all ,mostly you will be get lucky to receive 2016 model which is about $50 for just paying $30

In my invoice order it say

Osprey packs are well made. I forgot which one I bought, but it is the best backpack I've owned. very durable. plenty of use over the past 3 years and the thing still looks great and is in perfect condition. I've hiked with it and I also moto-commute with it very often.

The Ellipse is only 25L. Something to consider if you're student carrying multiple books and a laptop.

I can't speak to this backpack, as I don't own it, but I do own an Osprey water bladder thingie for backpacks and osprey is now my go to brand. My little boy was riding in a backpack carrier that had the bladder attached to it. He got ahold of the tube and chewed holes in the rubber end before I noticed it. I emailed their support asking about buying a new end piece, but they said everything is covered for life and just asked for my address to send new parts. Possibly my best support experience ever.

osprey packs are light, durable, and well-made with a lifetime guarantee

the con is that they tend not to have a lot of organizer pockets and most of them don't have a flat bottom so they tip over when you set them down

I don't see the point in paying up for this backpack. An Eddie Bauer or LL Bean backpack is probably just as good, with an unbeatable lifetime no questions asked exchange policy.

i got this jansport odyssey backpack for like 30 or 40 bucks from ross or marshalls

https://www.amazon.com/JanSport-T...rt+odyssey

this jansport bag was well worth it. you can't see the foam padding on the strap and the back, but it keeps everything cool because of its breathability and its thick and puts a space between your back and the bag. the best backpack i have ever bought and worth paying full price for too.
