$5 coupon on product page.

Coupon looks to apply only to chocolate flavor, which is my family's favorite anyway. Tastes exactly like chocolate milk and great for getting nutrition in a pinch. $1 apiece is a bargain.

$20.99 regular price
$17.84 with 15% S&S
-$5 coupon
= $12.84 ish (depending on tax)

Isn't 13g of sugar a lot for a product this small?

For what it's worth, the organic chocolate milk in my fridge right now has 23g sugar for 8 oz. So the 8 oz Orgain having 13g sugar is a nice reduction in my book.

Yep, I'm happy even at $1.50 each. Don't think I've ever seen close to a dollar apiece until today.

Chocolate tastes really great. Vanilla is okay. I've not tried strawberry.

Except that the regular milk has roughly 12-14 grams of carbohydrates per 8 oz, some of those naturally present lactose. This is just straight sucrose, table sugar. Don't fool yourself, this is just organic pediasure. Not that chocolate milk is much better.

Both products are not helpful for "fussy" eaters.

This isn't dairy. It's something else masquerading as a health food with dairy sprinkled in.

To those who are replying like this is rat poison ... I am very interested in any better alternatives.

I'm serious and not being sarcastic. Sometimes, my kids need something quick, drinkable on the road, provides protein/nutrition for them but is something they actually WANT to drink. This is the best I've found to check those boxes.

What beats this? What do your kids drink on the go?

I give my kid water. For nutrition and protein, I feed him breakfast, lunch, and dinner and try to reduce the sugar...... unfortunately he seems to have a sugar addiction, probably from our past failure to limit his sugar intake and buying too much crap in the past, so I'm trying to buy less crap now.
