I picked up a set of the Black WeatherTech AVM Universal Mats at my local Sears today. They seem very durable to the touch and are pretty thick. For $29.69 (the price on 8.16.16), I figure I would give them a try since the ones they typically sell at Walmart are only a little bit cheaper but seem less durable. The price they had on the mats in-store was $54.99, but they price matched with no issues when I showed them the website on my phone. Or you can order online and do free in-store pickup.

Three colors available:

BLACK - http://www.sears.com/weathertech-...ockType=G3

GRAY - http://www.sears.com/weathertech-...ockType=G6

TAN - http://www.sears.com/weathertech-...ockType=G7

Reviews on Amazon average 4.4 stars - https://www.amazon.com/WeatherTec...+universal

*Price has changed from $30 to $33.
Now back down to $30 (as of 8.22 9:00 am...Thanks to tmh888)

Pro tip: The mats are located in the Auto Department which at some Sears locations is in another building. Be aware if you're doing store pick-up

Good for the price. Fits really well for some, not so much for others. Made in China -- their custom, more expensive liners are made in America. If you have a new car, spend the extra money for a vehicle specific set. Well worth the investment even for dry weather.

i got these on Amazon a couple of years ago for a bit cheaper if I recall.

Nonetheless, very good mats for a universal fit. A kajillion times better than the cheapos sold at other places.

Agreed. I spent close to $30 for a set from Walmart and in about a year and a half, there are a few holes in the driver's side mat.

Although I haven't installed these WeatherTechs yet, I wish I would've purchased them from the getgo since they look and feel WAY better. WeatherTech doesn't make custom liners for my 13-year old Mazda, so I think these are probably the best I can get these days. For people with older cars not wanting to spend too much, I think these will work quite nicely. I anticipate these will be the last all-weather mats I purchase before my car goes kaput or I sell it Smilie

I'm not at all impressed with their custom liners. They should be perfect for the ridiculous price you pay for them and I wouldn't even consider mine decent.

Curious as to why you're not impressed with their custom liners. Is it fitment and/or durability?

Are the weathertec custom liners any better quality than the OEM rubber mats you can pick up from the dealer for your specific car?

They are WeatherTech brand mats. They have WeatherTech on the mats themselves and the packaging. Not sure what you mean Confused
