Not a bad deal with the extra $150 ebay card & 2 extra batteries (3 total including the 1 that comes with the Phantom 4. Unlike the Phantom 3, the Phantom 4 comes with a decent case as well.

Sold by RC Superstore, an authorized DJI dealer so you get the DJI warranty.

Good deal. Just got mine 2 weeks ago. With the gift card, lowest I've seen.

I bought the Phantom 2 with one extra $150 battery.
I used it 10 times probably, when finally both batteries suddenly wouldn't work the next year. I read some things about quirks/bugs people have encountered, and how to fix them. Ultimately I had to dispose of both batteries. ...which gave them the ironic distinction of simultaneously being by far the most expensive, and by far the least reliable, batteries I've encountered.
So I eventually bought another (brand new OEM) DJI battery at Fry's for $100. ...They'd gone down $50 by this time.
I opened that battery and tried to give it an initial charge. No lights, no reaction. Read about some tricks to get them working, as they sometimes can be "awakened". None worked for me. Turns out, mine is one that's really just dead. Now essentially $400 ($150+$150+$100) worth of faulty batteries into the hobby, I'm currently satisfied to let my Phantom II sit unusable, rather than continuing to buy more hyper-expensive faulty batteries. It's weird because though I could afford to buy more, my practical sense has recognized that buying more DJI batteries has proven not to be a working solution.
It was fun while it worked. So I still look at the new models and start thinking. ...Then I unavoidably start thinking about the enormous battery scam DJI continuously perpetrates.

Highly unlikely that you got 3 non-working batteries. I'm no expert at odds but I'd say that's 1:1,000,000

i agree.
About like lightning striking one a couple of times!

I follow drone sales and stuff like this full time (blogger author) and it is extremely rare. Not even going to speculate on why...but the average consumer has nothing to worry about.

Approx. 1.3 million DJI P2 and P3 and P4 have been sold and maybe 4 million batteries. I doubt they have a problem with 1 in 10,000.

ANyway, this particular deal is good for those who want this exact package and have something they can spend the GC on. It's about the best deal going...

I would jump on a deal like this if it also includes the case/backpack and maybe the charger! Hopefully with the release of new Yuneec Typhoon H Pro with Real Sense the prices on the Phantom 4 will drop a little more... soon.

Anyone else think that forward-only obstacle avoidance is rather useless? It's the directions I can't see when I'm framing and panning that I would worry about, not the direction I can see.

Doesn't seem hard to put in the three other directions, and MUCH more useful.

Enjoying my Phantom 3 for now...

I like the deal from newegg from last week better, essential similar to this but you get an extra battery charger with $100 newegg giftcard.

yeah, I missed that deal. this was a close second alternative. Figured with the $150 eBay gift card, I can get a 3-battery charger and perhaps some extra props, tablet sunshade cover, and a backpack bag for the phantom 4 box.
