I have been eying for this from some time and found it cheaper today. It is $150 online so nearly 35% cheaper.

Tried it in my friend home and liked the comfort to work/gaming.

it's not a sofa, so leaving out "recliner" and describing it as a sofa, is not only misleading, it fails Search and Deal Alerts settings.

Not hating on OP but that's not a sofa.

The ad on the walmart site describes it as a sofa. So get off his case and take it up with walmart if you have an issue. He is just posting a deal exactly as it is advertised.

I got one last year for Christmas. It's definitely comfortable but the reclining mechanism hasn't held up perfectly. I can still get it to all of the positions, it's just a little tricky.

Biggest thing is that it's a gaming chair that doesn't look ridiculous and my wife would allow in the living room.

i'm in the market for a recliner/bean bag that I can game on occasionally and also use as a lounge chair for when friends are home...does it have a locking mechanism to keep it in its intended position?...for some reason I feel like after a few months if you lean back on it it might just fall flat ...thanks in advance

It definitely locks in place in each position. It just can be a little tedious to find the setting you're looking for.

thanks for the quick response my friend...one more question...do they sit really low?...i mean would it look awkward and weird if placed next to a traditional sofa and someone sat on it?

It looks like it sits pretty low on the floor. I wouldn't expect the seat height to be much higher than 8", if that. Plus, you'll sink in a little bit when you sit, so your distance to the floor is probably going to be less than 6" (all eyeball estimates).

I've been looking for something similar to this (also looked at folding mattresses that fold into a chair shape, and the "flip chair" under "customers also viewed..."). They're all about the same price, so I'm liking the look of this a lot.

It looks "classier" (as classy as such a thing could be...) and seems more comfortable for lounging. The only downside I see is it's much bigger and bulkier, but I think I'll live.

I would not get this chair due to the fabric. While it has that family room aesthetic, the fabric was not made to last. I highly advise browsing Amazon for some of the Sealy alternatives. They often fluctuate in price but I've purchased a couple as gifts for as low as $80 and give the exact same form factor and comfort with fabric made to resist wear and tear.
