I have taken a look at Oneplus 1, 2 and 3 specs, and found that they don't support CDMA network. They are GSM phones, so you can't use them on CDMA carrier like Sprint or Verizon. RingPlus is Sprint's MVNO, it means you can't use them on RingPlus as well.
a used OnePlus 3 @ is a FAR better deal

the OP2 has no NFC, charges super slow, and camera isn't great either
I purchased mine last October. The home button has stopped working twice; The first time a full wipe solved it but this time it's gone for good. I'm also having trouble with the USB port and cables not staying in very well, even the original. There's also a small bright dot of back light bleed or something. I'm going to send it in and hopefully get it repaired under warranty then sell it. I picked up an Axon 7 to replace it.

I find it ironic everyone was all over the nextbit robin for $199.99. But not all over this. It has similar if not better specs than the Nexus 6P. Better ram for sure.

I think one reason is because this phone doesn't have VoLTE on T-Mobile.

Do these phones get android updates as quickly as official google phones (Nexus)? If not, how much longer does it take?

Next ribbon is probably a paided ad. And there are paired promoters for the next robin.

Overheats too much plus poor battery life.
Used it for 2 weeks before selling it off. Not recommending at all.....

Those who are comparing it to Nexus 6P... 6P has a better camera, also handles the heat much better. Don't also forget that OP3 doesn't have NFC, no quick charge. Takes about two and a half hour to charge, which is quite a pain.

Bit on the slow side. You can always flash an up-to-date ROM; the main attraction besides bang-for-buck is the extensive custom ROM scene for OnePlus devices.
