u can demonstrate on what would happen if someone chew 1 full stick of mentos n then drink a two liter bottle Pepsi into their guts

Nothing happens. It's the rough surface of the mentos that break apart the surface tension of Pepsi/Coke caused CO2 to rapidly escape. Once you chew a mentos, it looses it's rough surface. Even if you drank Pepsi/Coke and then swallowed a mentos whole (without chewing) not much would happen because most of the CO2 from the soda would've escaped already.

The quicker you get the mentos in the bottle after opening, the better the reaction. Mythbusters or some similar show did a great demo of it
