Who down voted this? This is the best deal anyone can get for this phone considering it is factory unlocked. No unremovable AT&T bloatware and faster updates.

Edit: Just checked, UPC 802975061495 refers to AT&T model which sold for $300 recently on ebay daily deals.

Ouch, you're right. Had I known it was the AT&T unlocked model I wouldn't have posted. Misleading Target product page. You can always give it a shot and return it if it's the AT&T model.

Yeah, typical Target, misleading product images. They do this all the time, you can clearly see the product image is non-AT&T branded, so it would indicate it is factory unlocked model. Luckily they included UPC which points to AT&T branded unlocked one.

If I had the slightest doubt or hope of it being factory unlocked, I'd definitely order it, and return if it isn't but I am almost sure that it is AT&T branded one.
