This is an awful lot of money for a BRUSHED motor. I'd prefer the XR models with a Brushless motor.

Last longer and more power with same battery.

It's moot now as the deal is dead but considering that the batteries alone would run you $130 the drill is almost a freebie and very highly rated be it brushed or brushless. Don't think that anyone that got it will have a regrets or remorse.
