Amazon currently has a 15%off coupon on Skippy Peanut Butter, Reduced Fat Creamy, 16.3-Ounce Jars, the item is also a subscribe & save item which take another 5% off bringing the price down to $12.39 or less if you have the 15% off with the 5 items. That makes the jars $2.07 which is a decent price to have it shipped to your door Smilie

That reduced fat stuff is nasty! I heard that the fat in peanut butter is not bad for you anyway.

I don't mind the taste at all. And the jars are like $2.78 at my Wal-Mart so, pretty good deal for me

I think I have tried about all the reduced fat ones out there and did not like them. Right now my favorite is the Jif Creamy Natural.

There's only 1 kind of peanut butter. Creamy Peter Pan! All else is just poop in a can. LMAO

I agree, the just plain is best but I was cursed with a large rear end and the ability to gain 10 lbs just by looking at a donut so I buy reduced or low fat stuff whenever I can laugh out loud

I agree with the Amazon posts that the reduced fat has a different taste and is not as "creamy" as the regular stuff.

The reduced fat Skippy has twice the carbs of the regular Skippy. It also has corn syrup added to it. In my opinion, the regular Skippy is a healthier option.

Any time something is "reduced fat", they had to add something else in and very rarely is it protein. Most likely it's sugar or some other less than nutritious carbohydrate.

Not all fats are bad for you - in fact if you don't eat any, you'll die. Harvard School of Public Health says, "no link between the overall percentage of calories from fat and any important health outcome, inclu... [harvard.edu]

In for one. Don't like creamy too much, but it does make the task of eating it with cereal much easier than chunky.

I guess you've never had Laura Scudder's All Natural. Or ground your own at Sprouts or the likes.

amazing, you can go to Trader Joes and get a jar Peanut Butter with nothing but peanuts in it for $2 or Winco/bulk grocery store and make your own fresh for less than $2 a lb or buy 6 loaded with garbage from Amazon for no reason what so ever.

Yeah, I implore ppl to check the label on a lot of shelf peanut butter. There's all kinds of stuff and the less ingredients mentioned the better.

Is that like making your own orange juice, where after 30 oranges, you have a half a cup?
