Best Buy is offering 50% Trade-In Bonus on games this week. Trade in value for this game has not dropped so you can make this a money maker at this moment. ($34.50 + additional 10% if you have GCU). You can make an easy $5 GC per game out of this.

That I know of/read in the terms....there is no way to "lock in" a trade-in value at BB, correct ?

So if that's the case...while the current trade-in value might be good for people ready to trade-in the game today.....not seeing the practicality of buying this game (playing it for any length of time) and hoping the trade-in value will stay high.

That is correct, you can't lock it. This is good to make a quick GC. I believe you can trade in up to 3 games per system? but I'm not 100% sure about that. If that's correct then you can make an easy $15 GC for trade in 3 games.

That's correct. 3 of each title per platform is the limit, so you could do 3 PS4 and 3 XB1, if you wanted to maximize profit.

It's actually a pretty slick deal if you have a BBY credit card, GCU, and Elite Plus status. Buy the game for $28 and get 6% back in My BBY points, plus the GCU bonus points. Trade in the game and get an extra 10% on the stated trade in value, plus My BBY points for the trade in. It's a pretty good roll and it's seriously not like they're going to run out of copies.

wouldn't it be more than $5? it's $28 and difference of $38 with GCU makes $10 each? Or am I wrong?

more like $7, factoring in 10% GCU bonus for trade in. still not worth the hassle just for sake of making profit.

I might still do it since I'm getting Madden 17 later this week.

Click on trade in online. You will see the higher TIV. I'm going to try to trade in 3 of them for $15+ and use the GC for Fifa later

50% bonus TIV is valid until Sunday but the TIV on this game may not stay this high until then. I'd say do it today
