Also available for $99.99 at Sears with SYWR points awarded.

I was able to apply $10 of surprise points immediately and will receive an add'l $29.50 in points back.

While credit is not cash, it makes it a better deal than purchasing from BestBuy.

This looks so much like the linksys wrt54g wireless-g router, which was probably the best wifi router ever made.

And this ac1200 is openwrt compatible. Very powerful router. Best for tinkerers.

Because nongigabit is getting outdated. It's not exactly in demand.

Soon enough cable companies will be offering more than 100 Mbps. I'm sure router companies wouldn't mind selling you a router now and then a router in a year or two, with the first router getting sent to the trash.

Exactly. Same reason you can't give your CRT monitor away.

"Wrt54g was god"

That's funny because I love perfection too. I really like how you put it.

I know, but it looks like it has been ''Ferrari-ized". :-)

Or maybe "Stealth-ized"? I kinda wish it was all black but the colors do give it a touch of nostalgia.
