Newegg has the ASUS GeForce GTX 950 MINI-GTX950-2G 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready Video Cards for $95 after a $30 Rebate. This seems like a really good price for a great entry card.

This card does beat an RX 460 in raw performance. However, in some DX12 games the RX 460 has a slight advantage

I searched and didn't see it posted, let me know if its a repost!

Conveniently it comes with a free game that makes it a "combo deal" and I can't use the VCOGOLD16 code when I spend over $200...

But great deal!

nice deal - plus its one of those 75W slot variants, so its currently the best nvidia card for upgrading those generic oem boxes with questionable psus if you do not also want to upgrade the psu (or can't).

With the 1060-lite available for under $200, it seems like we should be seeing 960s, not 950s, unloaded at the $100 level.

LOL... these should be $79 without rebates... not sure who in their right mind is still buying these at this price.

hmm...i'm building a $700 build and stuck between trying to find a rx 480 in stock or just going with something budget like a r9 380. thoughts? would this be fine to run overwatch?

Interested point the OP made about this beating an RX 460, but losing in DX12. For a high-end card, you want to win in DX12 because in 18 months, all the games you'll be playing will be like that. But for a $95 card, it's more a matter of what will do best today.

The $75 to $120 price point never sees very good deals. You've gotta get up to $150 to find the cards that were $300 being offloaded on the cheap. I'm personally planning for an RX 480 for $120 come BF.

I built my $700 pc with a Asus gtx 1060 strix oc edition. But I did get a good deal on most of the parts cause I bought from a friend. Should have cost me over a grand

Skip the 380 and find a 480 or 1060 instead. The 380 is obsolete now, so why spend $700 on a new system with an outdated GPU? If your budget is $100, I would instead purchase a used 960 while you wait finding a better deal on the 480. This might help you, if you're not using it already.

Will this fit a low profile case? It says small form factor but nothing else.

Does any GTX 950 work in a hackintosh? Or does it have to be one of the listed ones on the tony86 website?
