What a great deal. I hope their 'white' doesn't look like baby blue. Its hit or miss with these strips and their color accuracy.

What a great deal.
No, "not a great deal" on some generic, non-rated lights (not to mention the seller's marginal feedback ratings).

In addition, their misspelled returns section is icing on the cake:

Return and exchange Period Not Satisfied? HitLights will assist with rechnical problems, replacements, and exchanges while our products are under warranty! For Refunds: Within 7 days of receiving products: Full money refund. After 7 days, refunds include a 15% restocking fee.

43 reviews here for the EXACT same thing from HitLights. Do a little bit of research before you start pooping on something.

https://www.amazon.com/HitLights-...s+smd+5050

Except the one above does not come with PSU or remote. So, $13 is a pretty good deal for these lights.

I'll let you digest your own conflicting babble.

Minus the fact of those reviews getting a "C" on Fakespot.....you aren't even talking about the same website (or product fulfilment being yours is FBA).

Amazon is also a lot easier to deal with/consumer friendly when a seller starts playing games...than most other sites. Wasting time trying to jump thru some sellers silly hoops when you purchased their item directly from them (since Newegg doesn't fill the order)......also takes away from any "hot deal".

Here's the thing, when it comes to these lights I can care less about the seller.

Its obvious you just troll threads from your join date and post count and have never actually purchased a single set of these lights . They are all relatively the same with varying color temps no matter who you buy it from. They all have bad code for the remotes that causes the remotes to jumble their codes. ie white on the remote really is purple etc. Every single one of them has malfunctioned in this way. I have purchased 4 sets from 4 different sellers and manufacturers. This is a Chinese commodity product at this point and varies very little from seller to seller.

Compare these to the closest American alternative and you have Philips hue strips. They are 40% the length for roughly 6x the price when you find the Hue ones on sale. Go ahead and buy those if you want reliable and absolutely no chance of failure.

If you plug it in and they all work, then they will probably work for a long time.

....and more conflicting babble. If you "don't care about the seller" than your best bet would be to purchase from Amazon (or FBA) since many of these generics are in this general price range.

This way you'd be guaranteed they'd work for at least 30 days (enough time to usually test them out) and if not...be assured a hassle-free prepaid return if they were indeed defective (which can easily happen with any of these cheap clones).

So the only thing obvious here is that you've been trolling threads since your join date and are still clueless on how to pick your sellers wisely even after all this time.

Yay, the white that they cast is a nice pleasant slightly warmer than kitchen-cast. Its no warm sunset, but its certainly not only blue. Its more of a slightly red, slight green, mostly blue. some do a horrible job of their RGB blending. What a great deal this was and it came with a 3amp psu. I imagine the psu would work to tie in more than 16ft.
