In for one - guys don't forget to go on ebay and buy the "Entertainment book" Regal coupons, you'll get a pack of 4-5 free Birthday movies, and usually 10 $2-4 off coupons ($2 off one ticket, $4 off 2 tickets) - and those usually go for $6-10 dollars from ebay. Just using the one birthday ticket alone pays for itself.

Then make sure to get the regal rewards club, so you can get points for all your tickets/food purchases - I usually get enough to get 3 or 4 shirts, and a few posters - each month just for going to the movies. (And being in the Diamond club they offer, free - you just need to see a certain amount of movies).

Lastly - if you go to the movies 2 or 3 times a week like I do, you should REALLY check out moviepass.com - its a monthly club (I pay $35) and can see unlimited movies, once (for example you can't see suicide squad twice, only once), and you can't see "special" screenings (like for example Rob Zombie's "31" will be out for ONE day on Sept 1st. Thats a special screening - the 20th Anniversary of Fast and Furious was a single night screening, that is a special screening.) Special screenings are usually one time events, or "double movies" like they did for Independence day, and Independence day 2. You can also not see 3D versions, only standard 2D.

I buy these cards specifically for the "1 shot" special events, and food. Everything else goes on my moviepass card, and ALL of it generates points for regalcrownclub.com

I have to say, I LOVE my 2 local Regal Theaters, and go there exclusively - unless there is a smaller run indie movie to see.

Oh yeah, Moviepass works at ALL theaters. Regal, Cineplex, Carmikes, whatever. Even local "small" theaters that are not a chain. It's just I generate so much in point values, its worth it to go to Regal, even though Cineplex is right next to the gym I go to. That's how much I like Regal, and the staff.

Thanks! I use these gift cards to take kids on Regal's bargain days, when tickets cost $6.25. Show your Regal Crown loyalty card and the price drops to $5.25. Pay with one of these gift cards (purchased at 20% off), and the true cost per ticket is just a little over $4.
(Probably even less in other areas. My city is expensive!)

unfortunately regal gift cards are not working through Working Advantage (corporate perks) that still offers lower price than Fandango even with this 20% discount

eBay has stopped accepting eBay gift cards for purchase of 3rd party gift cards... Mad

The eBay gift card terms were updated today, August 22, 2016. Here are the new terms (bolding mine):
9. The Gift Card may not be used to pay eBay or PayPal service fees. The Gift Card also may not be used to buy eBay Gift Cards, third party gift cards, gift certificates, coupons, coins, paper money, virtual currency, or items generally considered to be “bullion” (for example, gold, silver, and other precious metals in the form of coins, bars, or ingots).
