$500 for that set is pretty good. The 8qt stockpot alone is $300+ new on google shopping.

Then All-Clad's everlasting durability and excellent quality is not for you.
I have All-Clad, Tratamonia (Walmart), Lodge, misc others. they all have their place if you know how to cook. $500 = $10 a week for a years worth of garbage takeout. Learn to cook and that is a slick deal.

I think Macy's stuff is already extremely overpriced I would never in my life spend $500 on a cookware set

They do but it seems out of stock? I know, I was distraught too Frown I wonder if a screenshot + a call to customer service once it is back in stock might help.

Placed an order. Called customer service after and asked why the bonus lasagna pan was not added at check out, she apologized and offered 10% off, I said that was less than the value of the bonus, and she got supervisor approval for 15% off. Lasagna pan cheaper elsewhere and does not get great reviews, so no loss for me!

I didn't buy the pans, but I did buy:
- Delsey 20" hardside luggage [macys.com]
- shirt, socks as filler

25% off with $5 donation, and 15/20% off with code SUPER.
Luggage became $57, filler $43.
Total came to $100.90, + $9 tax and free shipping.

Pretty good deal IMO. Thanks OP!

anyone has experienced this?
I made an online purchase 16 days ago and the total is $590 after 15% off. I used VISA credit card for this order.

Once I see this $5 cause for 25% pass, I called in and hope to adjust the price. The agent told me the only thing he can do is I make another purchase and he adjusts the price for me.
Basically he said it's like I get the new item for free.

Better than nothing, so I made another purchase about $125. This time I used a MasterCard. The agent then adjust the previous order and will refund $135 credit back to my previous VISA credit card.

Since I really don't need this new purchase, I'm wondering if I simply refuse the delivery and send back, will I get refund for this new purchase AND also keep the adjust credits?

Thanks.
