I was looking at past deals on KitchenAid stand mixers and found almost this identical post that had expired for some reason or another. I went to look around and it is still going, but now you get $15 more in points when you buy the mixer for a total $127.22 in SYW points to use at Sears or K-mart. The price is still $272.00 for this specific color mixer, but you can get other colors and models for a little bit more (about $15) and get even another dollar to four in points which almost offsets the added costs. There is also a mail in rebate to get a slicer or grinder attachment that sells for approximately $49 or you can get reimbursed up to that amount at least. I don't think this is the best model out there, but it works well enough for most people and the extra perks make this one of the best prices ever for this product. If you count the points as being as good as cash you get it for $145 and the free attachment. Points may also roll on this purchase.

I can't figure out how to attach the paper work for the MIR

I was looking on the other post that expired and the link for the MIR is on there.

Thanks for posting! Just a quick note, I'm only seeing 12,722 points back, which are only worth $12.72 for future redemption. Not sure if you're seeing a different point value specific to your account, but that's what shows up on mine!

looks like thread starter got confused with the SYW points system...10,000 points equals $10 in SYW not 100$

I have a different model - is this the model that Costco or Target had a couple of Christmas's ago, thinking Costco, where the model number was exclusive and they had a huge number of drive gear failures? Obviously it won't be the same special model number (that was a one time non-deal), I'm just cautious when that kind of game is played at all - it shows they can at will cheapen their products to crud. I still swear by my refurb from an outlet mall, it's great.
