Dell has the same TV (I think?) for $999 with $300 Dell Gift Card and rewards credit of 5% (if purchase cash/credit card) or 10% if purchased with Dell Credit Account. You can also get a 10% E bates rebate if you click to it from their site making the effective purchase $600 which is truly a SD!

No reason to buy a 4k unless it has HDR and your as sitting really close.
