As always, TD, Thanks for the great deals and your hard work, to bring us SD'ers all the great deals that you post every day! Today, I was just thinking that it was about time for deals on High Cap/Pro Fujitsu/eneloop NiMH batteries so, good timing! Thank you, TU and Rep'd.

As I mentioned in the OP, Shell Shocker combo deals are not active until 12:00 AM PT on the date they start. Therefore, the only thing I can link to is the Shell Shocker promo page which will show all items available for that day.

Since it was not yet Sunday, it was showing items from yesterday.

The deal is active now: HERE [newegg.com]

Newegg has the crappy newer version of fujitsu high capacity AA with the plastic washer and loose wrappers. No clue why fujitsu changed washers because the old cells were much nicer.

Can you please elaborate and how can you tell which version you are getting?

$2 per cell is respectable for Fujitsu Pro's.

An 8-Pack of Fujitsu High Capacity AA's was on sale for $16 earlier this month and was a +40 FP Deal.

It's not the lowest it's been... but they usually don't have combo deals with AA's and AAA's. It's typically one or the other. So, basically you're paying $0.93 more than that old deal.

Are these AAA good for replacing the batteries in Panasonic cordless phones? I remember there was a previous discussion talking about the merits of the white batteries vs. these?

Are these the same as Eneloops? Or are they a different tech/chemistry? If not, anybody know how they compare?

They are good to put in cordless phones just don't put them in their cradles all the time since it lasts much longer between charge.
