the coupon is not applying for me. Frown At check out the only thing is my s&s 5% discount

edit: Got it to work. This 15% coupon plus the 15% for s&s make for a competitive price with prime day deals of the same type. Imo trash bags are like toilet paper, just can't have to much. It will get used. Slick deal definitely.

Thanks OP. Does anyone have a good rule of thumb for price per bag? Is ~11.6 per competitive? (Being lazy, sorry). I usually go with the Costco Kirkland ones (http://www.costco.com/Kirkland-Si...16719.html) but would love to switch to Amazon and cut back on my warehouse trips. Assume it's not apples to apples as the Hefty ones are better, but haven't had issues (i.e. rips with Kirkland). Thx!

My personal rule is 10 cents is slick, maybe up to 12 cents for a specialty feature, like scented odor blockers or force flex. I'm less price sensitive than a lot of people, I just don't like going to the store or paying sales tax Stick Out Tongue

My grocery store brand is solid, and about 13-14 cents at normal price in the large packs

I might also throw in Force flex on sale at Home Depot [homedepot.com]. They are on sale for $12.97 for 110 bags. Tax may make a difference for some verses the Amazon but price is about the same per bag, plus ForceFlex is worth it for that one time it saves a bag splitting open on your floor.

It's better only if you can buy at that $12.50. Their everyday price is $16.49 for 200.

My Sam's price is everyday price.
