** We would like to welcome HawiianDawn as the new OP **.

Please thank
thelahaiesfamil for all of her hard work in this thread.**

Being a military spouse has its many challenges. One of the challenges is trying to feed your family on a limited income. I thought it would be helpful to the many of us SD'rs out there that are military or military spouses to have an official Deca/ Commissary thread. There are so many great deals and YMMV by store, but at least here you may be able to look for a deal that you might not have known about before. I HTH someone save a little for thier family!! Enjoy! Smilie

I was going to run in today sometime just to see if they have any good deals but not finding much lately and they are getting stricter with coupons. I know since the nicorette that they have been weird. They did not like it when people were buying lots of it from what I heard.
It is good to see you! I only went to the commissary briefly one time last month. I actually have room for ice cubes in my freezer again...

Yep. The Nicorette coupon created some havoc. That is the first time I remember DeCA deciding that a coupon didn't mean what it said. But yes, I think all the people rushing to buy lots of Nicorette really threw them for a loop.

Gold Peak Tea 18.5oz $1/1 Print [facebook.com] (FB)
Many of you will get overage at your commissary with above coupon!

Powerade 32oz., $1/2, Print [coupons.com] Dir
These are priced $.79 at my Commissary, so $.29 after above Q! Not too shabby, I always end up buying these anyway full price when my kids start going berserk after finishing all their juice halfway through our shopping! Very soon after i get, "PEE PEE POTTY!!!!!!!!!!" SO glad they disabled the auto-flush function on the toilets, it was freaking my son out when it would go off while he was trying to pee!!!!!!

I did some checking and it is not part of the display sales that end on the ninth and the vendor didn't know. This means that the earliest it will change will be on May 15th. If it doesn't change then, it will be May 1st. HTH.
