Anyone have any experience with this router?
Also is it DD-WRT capable? I see TRENDnet TEW-824DRU v1 but not this one.

Thanks in advance!

Wouldn't trust it farther than I could throw it if it works at all like the 811dru I owned. Even after installing dd-wrt was crap...finally tossed into the trash.

It shows you need to spend 20 more to get free shipping, but once you log in it changes to be free

Seems super cheap for a dual-band, AC, gigabit router. Even if it is TRENDnet

I bought one. I love my Asus N56 but it's time to upgrade. got free shipping of you choose the "up to 7 business days" option.

Yeah that 811 was a POS. Thought about donating it but I couldn't live with my conscious. That is by far the worst router ever made.

I own a TEW812-DRU. It's a fantastic device in terms of stability (I can't remember the last time I've had to reboot it) and it's able to pump my entire internet speed to mobile devices (350mbps).

The downside is the range and lack of proper ipv6 support, as well as lack of DDWRT. Range is fine for a small home, but I can see it becoming an issue in larger areas. The ipv6, at least on my model, does not have support for DHCPv6 that ISPs like Time Warner use. Not a problem now, but might be in the future.

Otherwise, if this router works like the one i own, this is a fantastic deal.

Is it good for Spectrum Internet service?

How many devices can work in same time?
