64 GB Samsung EVO Class 10 UHS-1 microSDHC Flash Card with Adapter (MB-MP64DA/AM) $16.99

this is not mb-me64da/am (green) which is 80mbps compared to this one (amber) which is 48mbps.

on amazon, green version available for 19.99 (vs. 16.99 amber)
link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DOB6YQA/

just FYI, not taking away hard work done by op.

I use a Samsung Pro Micro SD card in my G4 and am happy. I believe the Evo cards are slightly slower. should be fast enough for most used.

^^^THIS. Reason why you subscribe to Prime-Amazon, Premier-NewEgg, or ShopRunner. Funny how those who complain about shipping costs, also complain about costs of these. I really couldn't afford the upfront for Prime, but caught it on a promo for $78 including tax, and has more than paid for itself. I paid for one quarter of Premier, got free quarter for using app, then caught Groupon promos and now have it until 2018, and has well paid for its value. For those who have AmEx cards, ShopRunner is a free perk.

Samsung 32GB FIT USB 3.0 Flash Drive, Speed Up to 130MB/s (MUF-32BB/AM)

8.99 after 0830AHSPLDS265 with .99 shipping. Doesn't seem too bad given the decent reviews (4.5 stars on Amazon).

shake head shake head

Well, if you consider that you're already paying $100 for prime, and many/most "prime goods" are already priced stupidly high because shipping is built in, then yeah, prime almost makes sense for compulsive shoppers because they can pretend that it's "free"....

Amazon is increasingly a rip off, but who am I other than a 20 year customer to argue with prime nazis....

see my post above. It makes sense for compulsive shoppers, but not the average person that has fewer "I've got to have that NOW" people (and I know a lot of those).

Free is good, but if you don't get it for free, or a severely reduced price, not so much..

not that im trying to argue, but the amount of deals that pop up exclusively on amazon, are staggaring. i can routinely find prices on amazon that beat out other places by a long shot. not just slickdeals... just average run of the mill items. the amount i save yearly on these price differences, is WELL over the cost of prime. additionally its cheaper than netflix... and i use their video service. i also am able to give the benefits to my gf and sister and mother. i also have an amazon card which gives me 5% back on anything i buy through amazon. there is a lot to add up that more than covers the annual fee. it all depends on if you use it enough...

if you dont have prime, thats fine. but youi have to realize that there are TONS of people who purchase enough on amazon to make it easily worth it to them. on... gasp... a deal hunters website... its like anything else.... some deals are good for some and not for others. if its not good for you, you cant just assume its not good for others. i dont have a costco membership, but im not going around downvoting costco posts. they are damn good deals, if you can get enough deals to cover your membership... i cant.

50$ for students, and I've gotten the student discount sense 2008. Account is originally in my brother's name who was in college in 2008 and graduated a few years back. It's never asked to confirm or update about graduating, and if it ever does... I'm actually in college now so it'd either go in my name or we just make a new account in my name.
