Looks like this can be bought for about $7 on other sites, so still a cheaper price, but it's definitely not a steal.

All I ever hear about knives is being illegal to carry.

If I need to defend myself I plan to get in a violent rage and let injuries happen...

This looks like the junk knife NRA gives you for joining. That thing is a peace of $#!Z. Probably the same Chinese manufacturer, just rebranded.

You just have to follow the letter of the law that varies from state to state. Many types of "deadly" weapons are allowed if carried openly and if they meet certain criteria. Other states say no to pretty much everything but many pocket knife manufacturers stay within the 2-3" guideline and would steer clear of anything spring loaded.
