What do these normally go for?

Edit: I guess 30$, seems like a cool little add-on to a Technic Set though, for the price of a small Lego

Lego trains have their own special train motor that goes on the tracks directly, this wouldn't work directly, but t is Lego - I am sure there is a way to make it work
