On sale for $4.99 [macgamestore.com]
at MacGameStore.com.

Regular price $19.99. [steampowered.com]

Bioshock Infinite Season Pass is a DLC for Bioshock Infinite. You must own Bioshock Infinite base game to be able to use this DLC

Even though you are buying this at a store for Mac games it is a Steam key so it activates on Steam and works just the same for PC. I just purchased and activated on Steam and am currently downloading on my PC.

Currently there is this deal available to purchase the base game as part of a triple pack for $8.94. Bioshock infinite base game is also on sale with this vendor right now for $7.50

Clash in the clouds [macgamestore.com] is on sale for $1.24 This DLC is part of the Season Pass so no need to buy it if you are buying the Season Pass
Columbia's Finest DLC [macgamestore.com] is also on sale for $1.24. This DLC gets you a few in game weapons upgrades.

Also available for the same price on wingamestore.com
[wingamestore.com]
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

via user jasonvvong who inquired with macgamestore support: the DLC Minevera's Den for Bioshock 2 does NOT come in the form of a Steam key.

Minerva's den is $5. Does anyone know if that's a steam key also?

Update: No.

BioShock 2: Minerva's Den DLC

If I order this (http://www.macgamestore.com/produ...s-Den-DLC/), does it come with a steam code? I see that purchasing Bioshock Infinite through your website does include a steam code and I am wondering if its the case for Minerva's Den also.

The DLC code is for the Feral stand-alone Mac version of the game. It's not a Steam key.

Thanks, OP! I already have a login on wingamestore (not sure if it also works on macgamestore), so I bought it there for the same price. Used promo code pcgames5off to get a few cents off, also. (macgames5off should be the macgamestore equivalent.)

The listing and the comments both seem to indicate that it isn't a Steam key. Which is a shame, because I've been looking for it everywhere.

I would think so. I can't say with authority, but Im pretty sure anything you buy there is going to be a steam key.

On the Steam Page [steampowered.com] for that DLC it has the SteamPlay logo so you should be good to go (your license is good for both PC and Mac versions).

Maybe wait and hold off until someone who knows with certainty shows up or asks support for that site. There are a couple days left in the sale so there is time to wait and get solid intel.

I have a PC so if it's not a steam code, it's going to be useless to me. I worry because on MacGameStore's Minerva's Den page, it says DRM: Special Code, not Steam.

I have emailed macgamestore and asked. If I get a response, I'll post it here.

Update: Here's the response from macgamestore.

I see what you are saying. There is a difference there in the wording vs the other DLC's that explicitly state Steam.

Cool. post the results in the thread wiki to help others with the same question.

I bought this from this website back after the $1 GMG sale on Bioshock Infinite. Everyone always says this works on Windows no problem but here is my experience after the key did not activate on Steam:

You purchased a Mac key through MacGameStore.com from Aspyr, a Mac developer. Take 2, the game's Windows developer, doesn't allow the Mac version to unlock their content. The Windows version of this game is purchased from WinGameStore.com and may be priced differently due to being a different license from a different developer. I can process a return of the Mac version, if you need, for store credit, and the credit can be applied to purchases on WinGameStore.com if you want to get the Windows version.

I then persist citing a google link of their store that says it works on Windows:

MacGameStore Support replied:
That key won't unlock the Windows version on Steam. Only the Mac version.

I then confront saying it will not even activate on Steam for the Mac version:

I then insist the key does not even work on the Mac client, which it did not, not that I actually wanted it on Mac only:

Click this link for a Windows key (Make sure you're logged in under your account on MacGameStore.com or WinGameStore.com before clicking. The game will automatically be claimed by whatever MGS/WGS account you're logged into when the link is clicked):

Just a warning to everyone it might take a bit of fighting to get the Windows key. It ultimately was an 11 e-mail conversation (including the e-mails I sent and received) before it got resolved for me.

So, I have the regular game on Steam. What am I getting with the season pass, and how does it work really?

Windows version [wingamestore.com] of the season pass for the same price if you don't want to risk it.

Too bad they don't have Minerva's Den.

Will the season pass be part of the Bioshock infinite remastered edition for the PC?
