How is the OptiPlex 700 compared with the Lenovo ThinkCentre M900 Tower? Are both desktops easily upgradeable or do they come with proprietary design and different port placements that make future upgrade such as the motherboard impossible?

Where does it say it comes with a 3 year warranty? I only see 1 year?

Does anyone know which desktop would be a good build for web surfing, emails , office documents ..just basic stuff?

A Pentium based desktop should be more than adequate for that scenario.
