I couldn't care less if someone likes a particular game or not, but this has got to be one of a oddest reasons I've ever heard.
It's like the Steam client but it's actually drm free. They sell drm free games.

Here is their site. https://www.gog.com/

I've had the GOG Galaxy client installed for a few months and it seems to work just fine.
Fantastic price....Kinda wish there was a way to get all of the DLC without the base game for an equivalently good price, as I only need the DLC, and this cost what the DLC does at normal price, but includes the base game. So a $15 DLC bundle would make my day and be an instant purchase. Such a great game.

As to the guy complaining the game is fruity, I suspect the male form makes that person uncomfortable, hence the annoyance at Geralt being "too pretty". There are potential reasons that discomfort may exist, but I'll leave that to others to figure out. Also, punctuation makes reading things much easier, and when one is brand new to a forum, it is not unwise to practice it. Just a suggestion Smilie

FYI:It's also ran by the studio that created the Witcher 3 I believe. It's a pretty solid client also you get a lot more goodies when purchase games through their site.

You guys that are steam fanatics you ruined the steam sales cause they now have a monopoly I got this off g2a for a gog license for super cheap but I dont like this game I mean the first scene the guy is naked in a mideval bath barrel and they take too long to design his hair and hes too pretty..... not that theres anything wrong with that........... I have GOG, Steam, Orign, and Uplay.... at first Origin and Uplay kinda sucked but they fixed them and they run just like steam now including when you transfer to a new install they scan to see if the game is already there before downloading again now so really as far as im concerned they are the same. Sure steam you can talk to more people but the hacking is getting worse too those little cracker kids are learning how to hack steam and they will log into your account from russia and gift themselves free games from your account or worse and Ive read sometimes Steam will take weeks to respond to your support ticket plus Ive never liked how steam never had phone support Origin does have phone support also Steam is gettting so big its starting to get buggy and games are breaking because there is no way they can have the staff to give all that stuff the attention it deserves.. but just like people buying only from newegg 10 years ago the steam hive mind shows no signs of being less unilateral.

Wow this is a great price. Even the retail price of $50/60? is great considering all the content you get. Unlike the money grubby tactics of recent AAA titles (EA of course) but even Square Enix is doing the same with FF15. i.e. $80+ season pass bonanza

P.S. I havent even bought or played this game yet lol. Rave reviews everywhere obviously but it will probably rape my current computer.

Yes. Lots of discoverables, plus there is a new game + that essentially matches enemies to your level and makes the ai of enemies smarter

Great price but I think I'll wait until closer to Christmas. I don't have time to play it yet anyway.

The studio CD Project owns them. The guys who run Gog.com are their own company though

Basically it's like Ea owning Dice only reversed
