If your public library is located within a decently large municipality you may have access to the entire library at lynda.com, free of charge. If you're interested in online learning courses you should check out your library's website to see if they're participating.
This is essentially an offer of worthless introductory courses that have no interaction and are just sales pitches for others. Not accredited and you even have to pay for taking the test and getting a completion certificate. Then they spam you to death with an opt out system that never works.
They've put a similar offer before, and I tried their business course. It's absolutely worthless, and the presenter has no clue what he's talking about. It almost looks like he reads from some text he found somewhere on the net.

Don't waste your time, even for free. Find a decent course on U-demy or Coursera and be done with it.

I took the personal fitness class last time this made front page. Classes are recorded so it doesn't matter if you miss it live unless you hope to win one of their free course giveaways by not missing any of the live presentations. I saved and printed everything that was presented. However, I did not pay for a certificate in the end.

Don't do it! Tons of spam. Their opt-out took weeks to actually work.
