Got a nice Patagonia schintella hoodie for $60. Someone snatched the XL Nano Puff in blue I wanted for 60. Those items at the top the color are horrible. Very nice price if you can deal with the colors.

I'm looking for a good winter cycling jacket. Would any of these work? Preferably able to keep me warm in 40 degrees and rain for 15 mins

I'm thinking this one maybe?

I'd worry about buying TNF shoes online. I got one pair of boots for Christmas one year in my size (in almost every brand) and they were literally two sizes too small. If there's a good return policy, maybe take the gamble.

Sometime in life... it's cheaper to be a large man... because it seem like the only good deals come in 2XL...

Picked up a blue North Face Denali jacket for less than $90 shipped. My old jacket has been worn until there's holes in it, this was great timing and a great price. Thanks OP!

You do know there's a lifetime warranty on The North Face products, right? Look it up and follow the steps to receive a new jacket instead of paying for another one.

Unfortunately there's no "universal" winter jacket where you're going to be active as you will in cycling. The best system I've found is a nice breathable fleece (or, even better, midweight merino wool sweater / shirt) and a rain "shell" such as this: http://www.6pm.com/the-north-face...ion-orange

if the lowest you go is 40 you can probably get away with just the shell most of the time once you get moving and the blood starts flowing. However everyone's different and if it's windy or you have to sit still for more than a minute or two, you might get cold again. The jacket you posted isn't water *proof* it's just water resistant, there's a big difference for more than just a drizzle. a good shell like that hyvent one I posted will keep you dry even in downpours and block most of the wind. Layering is key, especially for biking in winter!

I will piggyback off ClownBaby. I ordered some TNF shoes in my size and they were both tight in width and short in length. I sent them back and got a full size up and they were still too small. Unfortunately, they didn't have the next size up (2 sizes larger than what I wear), so I had to just get a refund.

There's a lifetime warranty on zippers and whatnot but it doesn't cover general wear-and-tear.
