In my experience 3rd party controllers are almost always much worse than the OEM originals.
Absolutely terrible. I wouldn't expect more than a few months out of them. That's all I got out of the two I bought. I have kids, though, perhaps it'd last longer in an adult-only household.

My one broken Sony controller still lasted 5 years.

Also, it could have been an issue with my console (an old "fat" ps3) but it had trouble powering two of these at once. Sometimes it would work, but I'd get usb power errors often.
These are cool and all, but just be wary that they will inevitably fail on you much sooner than a real controller.

I've had two that had their left analog stick stop responding unless I pushed it to the edge, which makes most games unplayable.

Wish the blue ds3 from last October went back on sale for $10, but I might just pick these up anyways.

From what I can find, these require a USB dongle, so no.

Ugh, Dongle? Trying to free up USB ports!

Good deal though to replace my wired controllers...

I ordered two. I looked up the controls on Amazon, someone said it shows up as more or less an XBOX controller on a PC. Considering certain indie developers (Gaijin) ignore community outcry when they make their games ONLY compatible with the XBOX 360 controller ignoring all other configurations through steam or otherwise I figured it would be nice to have around. That and I've had trouble pairing my PS3 controls with Windows systems reliably. (work great on Mac and Linux)

Worth the $20 to have a couple if they live up to the reviews.
