This is a good game, not a great game, but definitely recommended for anyone who is fan of the Dark Souls series. The DLC is hit or miss, I ended up not playing through it because it was overly difficult compared to the main game and a bit unbalanced. The regular enemies in the labyrinth are overpowered and can kill you in about 2-3 hits. They were actually harder to fight against than the final boss in the main game.

I know this is about the PC version, but this game will be free on PS4 for PS+ members in September in case anyone wants to play it and has both options available.

Yep I just read that too about next PS+ freebies. Probably doesn't come with all the DLC but free is free. Well, except when you're paying $40 a year to get "free" stuff, but that's a different conversation.

Amazon will take Lords of the Fallen Complete physical copy for working for $5.63 now and the DLC is code loaded on PSN so get the free from Plus and I am in process of sending disc to Amazon.

Who made this "Game of the Year?" Even PCGamer says: "While it may be called a 'game of the year edition', that doesn't mean Lords of the Fallen has sold a particular number of copies or picked up an average rating of plenty-of-percent — no, it just means it's the game and a bunch of extras bundled in."

Timing couldn't be worse. Standard version was free on Xbox a few month ago, and free this month on PSN. I admit I was excited about this game, but didn't like it much. I guess at free to under $6 is isn't a huge risk Smilie

You beat me to it! I was also surprised that there would be a "game of the year" edition considering the game got average ratings across the board. However, it is a decent game which plays somewhat similar to the Dark Souls series. I think it was worth the $9.99 I paid for it a while back while waiting for Dark Souls 3.

I see no $5.57 price. I'm logged in. Is there something special that I was supposed to do?
