Back again (sort of). I ordered this on 8/30/16 and posted it on SD. Well, it came yesterday and to my shock, I only ordered one instead of the two I intended, but the deal was dead. By chance, I checked again tonight and it was back, albeit shipping in 2-4 weeks.

Teflon degrades above 662 degrees F. Be careful using this on a grill, as one of the Amazon reviewers said they do!

400 degrees convection bake for 20 min (turning halfway through) works perfectly for the 16" think crust pizzas I regularly make. No need for me to go so hot. I love my older Oneida versions and am looking forward to giving these a try.

I thought Teflon was no longer being used for cook wear due to the dangers of consumption following its decomposition

They took out PFOA (I think I have that right) about 10 years ago from the manufacturing process, which apparently was the chemical of greatest concern for transfer to food, apart from the high heat issue.
