not sure what that even means. since when does hard drive speed have anything to do with installing games. Do you mean fast enough for a pc gamer? SSD drives make the load times faster but any mechanical hard drive at 7200rpm or even slower will still play them fine.

FYI, these drives are noisy. I haven't had any issues with the 4 drives I bought, but they make some serious noise writing and reading.

Haven't heard great stuff (nothing to quote, just scuttlebutt) about Toshiba drives. Anyone got history about this brand. Guess I think of Western Dig or Seagate when it comes to HDD. Samsung for SSD.

And yet you've heard good things about WDD and seagate? Haha. Shells of their former selves, western digital and seagate drives have absolutely garbage reliability.
