It appears the T&C of the rebate suggests you must purchase EVERYTHING in that checked block of the rebate. The wording is ambiguous but since there are other "single" items listed on the same rebate with their corresponding check-blocks, I can only assume they expect you to buy all 4 pieces within that check-block for the $5.

If it were for any single item purchased, they would have just listed all the items and just ask you to check which ones you purchased.

Would be nice if you did get $5 for each item. I might be wrong, but I'm going to pass...

I'm pretty sure the idea is that you can get a rebate on ONE of the items in a group on that form, not that you need to purchase all of them to get a rebate.

They group them by offer.

Perhaps. Like I said, I might be wrong. Go for it!

Fwiw, they do always group stuff like that in their rebates. On the item page it gives the price after rebate- so I would think that they would mention on that item page that it would have to be grouped with another item to qualify. I think usually for those they do like "$25 gift card when you spend $100 on Select Cuisinart Items".

I remember reading a post from a different thread a while ago that Macy's rebates are limit of 1 per item per household but I am not sure if that is accurate. There is no such information implying that nor restrictions when I read the rebate form. Based on personal experience, I have purchased 3 of the same, exact products online on the same day using same credit card and online account but on separate receipts and have always gotten my rebate amount back for each one. I did place each rebate in separate envelopes just to be careful though.

If you are asking about buying different items under the same group as in where the 2 products fall under the same offer #, then the answer is a definite yes. I have done this multiple times without any problems. Hope you have the same outcome.

If it matters, these were the products that I bought multiple of at the same time when they were cheaper and there was a rebate offer on them.

I bought the two items that were offered on the last rebate only to be told that only one item was valid for the rebate, even though I followed the instructions accordingly.
