Thread Details

This looks like a very tough week especially with no new coupons. Hopefully, we can come up with something. The $20/$50 promo continues at RA and Senior Day is on Wednesday. Officially, you're supposed to be a senior to do Senior Day but you don't really have to be. Of course, it's ymmv. Wags has it's Senior Day on Tuesday. A senior for Wags is 55 and older. The senior discount is 20% on non-sale merchandise and sometimes it works for bogo sales. I haven't looked at the Wags ad yet so I don't know if there will be any good deals. I'm going to add Kmart to the mix because why not? Really, any store even if it's local helps out a lot.

At Staples: 24=48 roll Charmin Basic on clearance for $6. Plus there is a $10 off $40 regular price P&G products coupon in store. So 7 for $32 plus tax. Works out to 44,352 sheets of toilet paper.

So will a coupon that specifies regular price work on clearance items?

And is it a MFR Q or a store Q? If it's a store Q Charmin Q's are all over the place.

I haven't been to Staples in ages. I should go check it out.

It is a MFR Q.

Staples registers treat true 'clearance' (NOT sale) items as if the new price is a 'regular' price.

Learned that from the Staples pros, thanks all!

Staples has some crazy odd good deals, I walk around there pretty much every week.

While it's not always in their ad, I also always check their coupons on their websit. Paper has been 1 cent after rebate for several months now with their coupons. Limit 4 reams per week's rebate and must have one coupon for each ream you buy.

There's an up front outlay, yes, and you're paying tax, but the rebate is super easy. Rebate comes via Visa gift card usable anywhere.

Thanks!! I thought that Staples went to only 1 ream per week. I need to check them out again. I get a ton of email q's from Staples but I never open them. They closed the Staples by me which was too bad because it was a great store and very coupon friendly. That's when I stopped going. I was pretty good with most of the deals but I never mastered the kiosk.

Well, CVS just got good with $10/$60's printing today. The last time $10/$60's only printed for 2 days so I'd get in there on Monday. It prints on the receipt not at the machine. Now to figure out how best to use the $10/$60...

I had a good Kmart trip today. Check your surprise points: I had $1.50 on Poptarts, $3.50 on 12 rolls of Charmin Basic, and .50 off baking soda. I had some MFR Qs to add into the mix and about $11 in points built up from sweeps. Threw in a bag of potting soil because I actually needed it and paid less than $3 without having to call a manager. Faint

It was nice to have a good trip after yesterday.

Kmart Route 66 women's pants are
  • on sale
  • buy one get one
  • $10 back in points on each pair
  • rolling $50 in points
  • taking $off coupons
  • shipping for free
6 pairs of pants for the cost of converting $50 in 90 day points into 14 day points.

I already need a calculator, smart phone, pen, graph paper, ruler, protractor, scissors, folder, abacus, and Tylenol when I shop at Wags. Now you're telling me I need to take a Math Major with me as well?

I'm gonna need a bigger purse. Annoyed...................

It expires next Sunday. I need to use it this week but maybe next week's ad is better.

The blogs were saying that there was a potential DD on Scope on Sunday. I think that they got it wrong. There may have been a DD but it would've been on Saturday night.
