Something worth looking at before buying a gun safe are the reviews here: http://gunsafereviewsguy.com/.

I don't know this specific safe, but an alarming number of the gun safes on the market, including ones by Snapon, can be opened in seconds with paperclips or magnets. It's worth looking before you spend lots of money and trust that a safe will keep your firearms out of the wrong hands.

Usually the magnets that open these safes are more expensive than the safe and the contents. So I'm not worried, as long as they store a few firearms and a great place to keep the passports and miscellaneous. Thumbs up for the find keep em coming!

If you're serious about buying a good safe, watch this video before you do anything. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltK-bDbADa8

The safe listed here is a joke. Get a good one with a strong door and sides. Make sure it has a good fire rating. Bolt it to the floor.

Agreed. Looks like you can add the light for almost nothing.

I don't think I can get a safe that costs more than what I put in it. But that is just me.

I guess depends on what you want to put into it. If you have 14 guns and each are worth $10 each, yeah, this is a good buy. If you have 14 guns and each are worth anywhere from $500 to $1000, then no ... get a better safe.

I'm with you but by the "you need a more expensive safe than what's in it", you would need to spend between 7-14K, right?

No, what I'm saying is the safe is $360 and most pistols are worth that or more, just for 1 gun.
