Damn too bad it's not an undermount I would be all over this deal. Getting ready to put some granite countertops in and need a new sink. It does get a TU from me though.

This is the sink we are getting and it is under mount, and includes all of the accessories. We just got it in the mail the other day, and it is just as nice as sinks costing several times as much. Also it is in sale right now.

Yes that looks like a good price for a sink like that.Undermount just looks nicer and easier to clean around imo.

18 Gauge is decent. Price is right. Seems like a decent deal. I put in a 22 gauge 15 years ago at around $150-$160, and it's still going strong, while showing a little age. Considering this one. Thanks for posting.

This is normal 8-1/2 in. basin depth. If you are going to go through the trouble of replacing a kitchen sink I really recommend a deeper sink. We are so happy we went with a deeper one! Now the water doesn't splash out so easily. Now we can really pile in the dirty dishes and bigger pots n pans when they need to soak to loosen tough baked on food. I'll never go back to shallow 8.5" depth now. The caveat is that you need to adjust the drain pipes underneath as most builders use 8.5 so a few new plumbing bits may be needed to adapt a deeper sink.

As with any home improvement, a lot of flexibility is key.

What are you thinking granite, marble, solid surface, laminate?

I recommend staying away from the lure of marble (so pretty!). if you like natural stone and the lines of marble I'd recommend quartzite. that's what I ended up getting. it's a premium to granite though, just fyi

Ikea has solid (no pun intended) deals on marble/quartz, they can include installation for a decent price too. Pricing depends a lot on how many cuts they need to make to the stone.
