im thinking about getting this but its 120hz motion rate. does it really make a difference compared to a 120hz native refresh rate?

Great TV, for an amazing price, if you can use or sell the $250 gift card.

Outstanding 4K TV for the price. Big improvement over my another HDTV. 4k is great, just wish there was more programming for it. However, even 1080p looks much better with the upscaling. Noticing many more variations of color than I'm used to in a TV. TV speakers are better than most.
Be sure to set it to the sports mode if you like sports. Unfortunately, you have to go through a few clicks on the remote to get to this mode. I solved this by setting up a dedicated button on my Harmony 650 remote for it.

A few nice features I have found:
Capable of pairing with Bluetooth speaker
IOS app for phone/tablet, can view photos from device on TV
TV has built in Web Browser
Sound from TV better than past few TVs

I can usually only see a difference if the content is coming through at 120hz also (pc) or with frame interpolation (which most people disable)

I'm planning on placing this TV fairly close to some living room windows and I'm very concerned about light reflection. Is it as bad as Rtings has reviewed? I went to see it in person and dark scenes had a noticeable light reflection

It's not great even with the fluorescent lights in my room. But I don't know if it's any worse than the norm.

Quick note for those planning to hook it up to a computer: very few PCs (and currently, zero Macs) have the ability to output 4k at 60Hz over HDMI. In threads about this TV, someone always points out that it supports 4:4:4 for PC use, and that is indeed important. But you won't be able to get 4:4:4 (or 4:2:2 or 4:2:0) at 60Hz unless you happen to have a video card that has an HDMI 2.0 output (currently only seen on nVidia's 9xx series, and I *think* Intel's Skull Canyon NUC). Not a big deal if you have a desktop and are willing to upgrade your video card, but if you have a laptop, you have zero options.

WAY too much judder for any fast moving scenes. It's super annoying and incredibly noticeable if you currently have a 120hz TV.
