gotta hate add on items, just charge prime members 1/2 the price of normal shipping and we'll be fine with it.

Sue for running the company at a loss for several years to bolster customer service and appease whiners like you? If you aren't happy with prime, cancel anytime (oh yeah, you probably didn't even pay for it anyway)
