Can anyone comment how bright these are versus the standard CFL that has been used for decades now? What about quality? Has anyone had these burn out?

i only been using mine for a bit... ine is 2ft though. they are at least 90-95% as bright but you also have to understand that lumen is a crazy value to imagine


these will have more light by being longer and have nice coating to disburse it. these shouldn't go out for years, so if they do, then likely a defect and should be under manufacturers warranty
