I would be cautious of buying sauces online.. they tend to either be already expired or are damaged (like they were discarded by a company because they went bad sitting in a hot truck etc).... as always ymmv...

If you cant use 6 bottles, check your local supermarket again. MANY more brand-name companies (than a year or two ago) are now getting their sriracha onto the shelves, resulting in sale prices and coupons.

In north NJ, it's often cheaper in Shoprite than it is in the Asian markets.

Link? I'm seeing much more expensive than this for a much smaller bottle.

Wow, that's a lot of Sriracha...needs to be cross-couponed with Prep H. FWIW, all of our local grocery stores carry this and our area is only about 1% Asian (but 5-7% suburban Hipster).

10 years ago I could only find this at Chinese and Korean grocers.

It's Amazon. If it's expired or bad contact customer service and they will refund you. Doubt it ever would be though.

+1 for Roosta Sauce. Please be aware it doesn't last forever and unless you have a restaurant or a ton of people to feed the rooster to, when it starts turning dark red it's changing its' flavor.

Hard to believe since this sauce is from LA area. I watched the free Sriracha story on Prime Vids last year. The sauce is not even an Asian recipe. Its derived from Vietnamese one, but its mostly a concoction of Tran family with lots more garlic than asians really use.
