I made the mistake of ordering from Cyber Power last month - never again. Read the reviews this company gets and you would stay away too. Shipped out late even though they gave themselves weeks to get it ready. It arrived damaged and half put together. The free game keys they gave me as part of the bundle were half used already and it was missing components that should have come with it. Benchmarked below what it should have been scoring as well. Ended up having to ship it back at my cost to get a refund.

years ago i tried them as well, because the price was very good... turns out "too good to be true", always holds true Wink i sent it back inside of a week, bought all my own stuff and built a machine that's still running today.

they're a shit company to be sure.

Hmm, yeah, all I ever see about this company is negative. But I can't help it - must gamble! In the end, I've built a machine on their site worth $2150 in parts for $1940. I plan on disassembling it and putting it into a decent case anyway, so I don't really care about their build quality.

If you're buying through them just for the parts, is it really still a risk?

EDIT: Also, getting another $100 in cashback by using Discover. Deal just got even better.

True, just get the machine as parts from them and reconstruct.

But as the other poster mention. The parts does not come with other accessories like when you bought the parts yourself meaning "as is". You might get into compatibility issues such as missing adapter or something.

At the checkout, there's an option to pay through Amazon. Amazon purchases are 5% on Discover right now. I guess I'm just ASSUMING it will work. Really hope so...
