before anyone asks:

In game mode, the input lag is low. PC mode (for 4:4:4 support), is a bit higher, at 44.2ms.

I'm interested in hearing about this too. All I know is that this 120Hz Motion Rate is actually 60Hz Native. I'm looking for a new TV and seems like everyone is saying to look for a 120Hz Native refresh rate

the ones that have HDR will market it and have it all over the box and description. don't forget hdcp 2.2

so many games with 4k. I'm pretty technical but I've been confused and frustrated with all the tricks

looks good to me...the JU6700 Smart TV, you'll be able to experience incredible 4K UHD entertainment, accessible through leading streaming services and more. The TV also upscales non-UHD TV signals, Blu-ray, and other older video to near 4K UHD clarity, so you can view all of your media in exceptional resolution.

And with IPS panels you can have crap contrast and blacks and higher input lag, what's your point?

Since you're asking for "the best", relatively, this would be one of them.

LG Electronics 65EF9500 65-Inch 4K Ultra HD Flat Smart OLED TV (2015 Model)

Since it's a 2015 model you'll be able to save some dough and only drop $3,500 vs $7,000 for a 2016 model!
