Groupon don't give back my money. What can I do?
But groupon didn't send the cloudbook but erased my account suddenly. Even worse is that they have not given back my money until now.
I have used 'live chat' 7-8 times about this problem and got the promise they would contact to me in 2-3 days each time. But they never contact to me. Even supervisors lied to me.
I think they have no idea to give my money back. What can I do now?
