Thread Details

So like the title states what has your guys experience been with preordering games for release day delivery from Bestbuy.com? Have you guys got your games on release day or days after?

I prefer to do instore preorders and pick up myself but for the game I want NBA 2k17 Gold Legend editon, I was told they won't be receiving these in stores so I would have to preorder online only. I don't know if I should trust them shipping does say get it on release day but I'd hate to have to wait for the game days after its release if they don't hold their word.

If you chose standard shipping, probably 50/50. If expedited, probably more like 80/20.

Bad idea. There have been very few games that have ever run out of copies. It's worsened by so many games that are released buggy, taking weeks to be playable, and by that time it'll be on sale. Save your money

An armed man is a citizen. An unarmed man is a subject.
The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.

He's not asking because he's concerned about the quality of the game. Did you actually read the OP?

I understand what was asked. He asked if pre-order delivery was good or bad idea from the standpoint of receiving game on time. I and other person chose to point out why preorder delivery is bad for other reasons (i.e., buggy, crappy game, etc.)

That makes no sense so it's none sense.

Bb has gotten all my preorders on time.

You'd love to be that guy; not when you're using it as a homonym.
