This is a full game?
It's the game plus some of the dlc. The only dlc it doesn't come with is the

Brazil Pack
Kold War Pack
Unlock all Krypt Items
Blue Steel Sub-Zero
Goro
Kombat Pack 2

I assume some of these will come with the free XL upgrade.

Mortal Kombat XL for PC will be available for purchase Oct. 4, 2016. Originally developed by NetherRealm Studios, Mortal Kombat XL is adapted for PC by Qloc. Additionally on that day, current owners of Mortal Kombat X on PC will be able to download the latest patch for free, giving players access to all of the latest balance updates as well as the enhanced online experience, that was available in the recent beta test for the game.

Mortal Kombat XL offers the ultimate Mortal Kombat X experience that includes the main game and all content featured in upcoming Kombat Pack 2:
• Brand new playable characters the Xenomorph from Alien, Leatherface from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre horror film series, Triborg and Bo'Rai Cho
• Apocalypse Skin Pack
• Previously released content including playable Goro, Brazil Skin Pack, Kold War Skin Pack and Kold War Scorpion Skin

Also included with Mortal Kombat XL are previously released downloadable content from the original Kombat Pack:
• Playable characters Predator, Jason Voorhees, Tremor and Tanya, with each accompanied by three themed skins
• Samurai Skin Pack

Speculating...there's probably a good chance this will be delisted on Steam when the XL version comes next month and you will be "forced" to pay for the XL at higher price then. Maybe that's why CDKEYS is trying to offload all of their codes for cheap. This game has never been this cheap; bought mine from them at around $9 not too long ago. So if you are interested in this game at all, you should buy this $6 version and wait for the Kombat Pack 2 to go on sale if you care for the added characters to have the full XL version. If you don't care for the new characters, then $6 is all you need to pay and you still have the XL technical updates. Wink

You only get the PATCH, not the Kombat Pack 2 or XL upgrade..

You get XL for free if you own original game. So get this for 6 bucks and have it all.
No, you don't. You get the technical upgrades that will come with XL, netcode, balance, etc. You don't get the extra characters that come with XL.

Thanks. Have a huge backlog of games but I've always wanted to try the newer MK games. I still remember playing on Gameboy Big Grin
