because thermaltake is all about marketing, rather than quality assurance and top notch components.

Not saying the thermaltake is a bad buy at that price, but you can't compare a "gamer" brand with an actual oem supplier like seasonic.

and watts is not the end of the story. there's much more than that in a power supply.

For people who work in help desk and pc support. When traveling on-site, having a carrying case to store the extra cables and the PSU keeps it organized.

Bought this PSU at this price on 02/03/2014. Still running great, quiet, and efficient powering a 2700k and a gtx 970.

It was $99.99 with a $20 MiR then. Very much worth this price.
